Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the United States for more than ten seasons. She was part of and was captain for the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, Fierce Five (2012) as well as the Final Five (2016). In the 2012 Olympics in London she won gold medals for team and floor competitions and bronze in the balance beam. It made her the first American gymnast at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. The gold medal was hers in the team competition during the 2016 Olympics, which made her and Gabby Douglas first Americans to win back-to-back golds. She also won silver medals in the all-around individual event and in floor exercise. After the 2002 Olympics, she took three years off from gymnastics. Furthermore she was part of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics teams. Gymnastics was her first sport since age of 2 and her most loved activity is Floor Exercise. Aly is an active member and member of Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honor of her grandmother who passed away from cancer. Aly plans on pursuing the profession of a fashion designer. The next goal she has is growing her line of leotards. The book she is working on is called Fierce which will come out in the coming months.
